STEPHEN DECATUR HIGH SCHOOL

Talk about going the extra mile!!!!!
This week, we are celebrating two incredible members of the Stephen Decatur High School staff, who recently took on monumental physical challenges. 👏👏👏👏
Math teacher Dawn Ebelein recently completed the Back Bay Triathlon, tackling a half mile of swimming, 16 miles of biking, and a 5K run, some of which in a torrential downpour. 💪
And Education Assistant Tristan Dutton, #SDHSClassOf2022, took on the legendary Pemberton 24, a grueling 24-hour race where runners complete a 5K every hour. Out of 300+ runners, Dutton finished on the podium in second place.🏅
Thank you both for showing #DecaturNation what perseverance, dedication, and a whole lot of determination look like!
